Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and ainow fz llc (“Bling”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the Bling mobile app and the bling website (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Bling

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. If you use Bling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Photos you upload

You keep all ownership rights in the photos and images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process those images solely to generate your results and operate the Service. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train generative models without your consent. See the Privacy Policy for details on how uploads are handled and retained.

You confirm that you have the rights to every image you upload, including the permission of any identifiable person in it, and that your uploads do not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of Bling must follow our Community Guidelines. In short: do not upload images of other people without their permission, do not create sexual or abusive content, and do not use edited results to deceive, defraud, or impersonate. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated results

Bling uses automated and AI-based processing. Results vary between images and are not guaranteed to meet a particular expectation. You are responsible for how you use the images you produce, including any disclosure that an image has been edited where that is required.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Refunds, where available, are handled by the app store in line with its policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, models, and the Bling name and logo, belongs to ainow fz llc or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ainow fz llc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice in the app or by another sensible method. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
