This policy explains how ainow fz llc (“Bling”, “we”) handles your information when you use the Bling app and website. It should be read alongside the Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — such as your email address and sign-in identifiers.
• Photos and images you upload, and the results generated from them.
• Purchase data from the Apple App Store or Google Play when you subscribe (we receive a confirmation and status, not your card number).
• Device and usage data — app version, device type, crash logs, and basic analytics about how features are used.

2. How we use your information

• To process your photos and deliver your results.
• To operate, support, and improve the Service.
• To handle subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Service secure.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How your photos are handled

Photos you upload are processed to generate the output you asked for. We retain uploaded images only as long as needed to deliver and let you re-download your results, and then remove them from active storage. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train generative models without your explicit consent.

4. When we share information

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers who host infrastructure or run image processing for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• Legal reasons — to comply with a valid legal request or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers — if ainow fz llc is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute needs. Uploaded photos are deleted from active storage as described in section 3.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account from the app, or contact us to make a request.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Bling is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by another reasonable method, with the updated date shown above.
